About Baking instructor:
Hi! Thank you very much for visiting our webpage! My name is Miho. I am a qualified Japanese baking instructor.
I love eating and making bread. I have been making bread by hand kneading for over 15 years, and since I was in Japan, I have been teaching how to make bread at home.
Bread making is often thought to be complicated and difficult, but if you knead the bread correctly and prove it properly, you will will find out it is not so difficult to bake bread.
In the lesson, I will teach you lots of tips of how to make bread without fail. You will be able to bake delicious bread at home too!
I am looking forward to making bread with you.

❀´-Miho’s lesson is well organised and she explains details very clearly so that we can follow her recipes later at home.
The bread is utterly delicious, soft and moreish - with fun fillings like pumpkin custard or curry cheese sausage, we felt like we’ve been to a Japanese bakery.
My daughters (10yrs one 8 yrs old) loved the lesson as well, they enjoyed learning kneading techniques and were very proud of what they had made.
